Metaphysics Of The Occult Angels And Demons

Hollywood has succeeded in creating another massive budget feature that offers the promise of an Occult Metaphysical thriller but delivers a typical formulaic slobber that is neither metaphysical, occult and to be totally blunt, not really much of a thriller either.
Recipe:
1 Part aging A-list male white lead actor
1 Part aging A-list male white lead director
1 Part Best Selling Author’s book scripted in exact same format as last Best Selling Author’s book
1 Censorship galore to make it pg-13
Add millions of dollars and couple years and viola out comes…..

A bad hair day for Tom Hanks followed by 15 endless chases, 37 senseless action sequences and zero substance. In fact it was so predictable that after I dosed off in the middle of the film, I actually woke up thinking I was in The DaVinci Code again. No difference.

Conclusion: Save the $12 bucks and buy a gourmet burrito instead. It will have more metaphysical significance.
